Squarespace Template Policy

When you buy a Squarespace Template, we'll send you a link to accept it as a new website, usually within 24 hours.

However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay, and we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time. If it takes longer than 24 hours, please submit a support ticket.

Once the template is added to your account, it becomes your responsibility to add your content and edit the site. We cannot reverse any accidental changes you make to the template.

Please note that the purchase of a template includes only one delivery. If you need the template to be sent again due to accidental changes, or if you fail to accept the invitation within 6 months of purchase and your free trial expires, you'll have to repurchase the template.

When you buy a template, it will come with a free trial. If you let the trial expire, Squarespace will mark your website for deletion. If your website gets deleted and you want the template to resent, you'll have to repurchase the template. You can avoid this by requesting a trial extension from Squarespace support or upgrading your site to a paid plan.

REFUND POLICY

At our store, all of our products are digital and, unfortunately, cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are not possible once the purchase is made. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to review the template demos, features, FAQs, and requirements before making a purchase. If you have any template-specific questions, please contact us before you buy.

SUPPORT POLICY

We are happy to assist you with issues related to the template itself, including the install/build, downloads, and provided files, as well as any problems that might arise with these. However, we are unable to help with general Squarespace-related questions, template modifications, coding modifications, or any issues you might be facing with software.

Our support is available via email at support@sstemplatestudio.com, and we aim to respond within 24 hours from Monday to Sunday (1 business day).

COPYRIGHT + LICENSING policies

Each Website Template purchased from us can be used for one project/website only. This means that if you want to use the same template for multiple websites, you will need to purchase it again for another license.

By purchasing a template, you agree to the following:

If you are using the template to design for a client, you are not allowed to claim or promote the designs as your own.

You may not resell the design or claim it as your own.

You may not share the template, graphics, files, or any design elements included in your purchase with anyone else.

Any photographs provided with the template are for demonstration purposes only and are copyrighted to their original creators. You must replace these photographs with your own or source images yourself. We are not liable for any image licensing/copyright issues that may arise from your unlawful use of the supplied images.

The design is copyrighted to SS Template Studio, and SS Template Studio owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography and pre-made graphics in Canva) included in your purchase and design.

We reserve the right to use your completed website design in our template showcase, on sales pages, or on our social media for demonstration and promotional purposes.

Please note that due to the design limitations of Canva, some design elements provided in the Canva templates may not be as customizable as they would be in Photoshop. However, in most cases, there is little to no difference, and almost all elements are completely customizable. Depending on the template, you may need to upgrade to 'Canva For Work' (a paid version of Canva) for best results.

You will need a Squarespace subscription to use these templates, and you may also need Canva, depending on the template. Please read each template description carefully to see what is needed for that particular template.

You have lifetime access to the templates, but we cannot guarantee lifetime updates to the content. If the template has been retired or removed from the store, it will no longer be updated.
